Hi

Recently I bought a new Mac Pro and migrated all data from my previous Mac Pro thru Apple support team.  I've original CS6 disk w/ serial number.  All Adobe applications are greyed out.  I could not open it.  I tried to install it once again, but at the end it gives error and could not install it.  At the end of the installations, system is asking to close these 3 applications (Safari, Safari BookMarksS, Safari CloudHistory).  I tried to close these apps thru force quit from utilities, still not successful.

Please ..I need your help.

Regards

Joseph Corda

Migrating Adobe apps from another Mac or Time Machine is a problem. It should be installed and updated on your new Nac.

If you are runniing High Sierra, you will have  to use the Terminal to install it.

Installing Creative Suite on macOS 10.12 (Sierra)

You can also download  a fresh installer from: Download Adobe Creative Suite 6 applications

Installing Legacy Java is important also: Download Java for OS X 2017-001

Thanks for your quick reply

I've Mac OS High Sierra (10.13.4)

Downloaded Java per above info

Downloaded/Installed Creative Suite.

Updated Photoshop CS6, Illustrator CS6, In Design CS6, Dreamweaver CS6, Flash Professional CS6

These do not shown on applications.  Previous imported still greyed out.  How do I open the Photoshop file?  Do I need to go go every time Adobe Creative Suite to open?  Please advise

Also do I need to delete the greyed CS6 applications from the system?

Regards

Joseph

Yes, delete the grayed apps, use the Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems to remove all traces of old Adobe programs, then try again.
