Photoshop CC drag bug

Hello, i am having some problems with my photoshop CC tools.

I have a Mac Sierra and a Wacom Intuos.

Everytime i click on a tool it just goes the drag tool, and it only happens on my Wacom, unlike my mouse.

I have seen other threads like this but each one i came across only had a solution for Windows.

Please help

You may mean the Hand Tool, there is no "Drag Tool".  Not to be a pedant, but using incorrect terms throws us off and some may not care to ask you what you mean.

This might hold some answers for you. One of them should work.

Okay I checked back on Photoshop and suddenly it resolved itself??

but a new problem arose where my paint is apparently white but on the color wheel it shows that its on black, i guess i have to figure that out.

Something i forgot to add in is that im on a 7 day trial.

Nevermind haha, the bug is back. I think it has to do something with my wacom. So right now 2 bugs, the hand tool and the invisible color. If nothing works i might just uninstall the wacom drive.

Also in the video it shows me first using the mouse, which works fine if you dont mind the invisble ink. The second is using my wacom pen on my tablet which shows the hand tool instead.

Okay I fixed the move bug by restarting my wacom software.
