Erro para editar objeto inteligente no PSD

Ao clicar na instância objeto inteligente feita a partir do illustrator no photoshop, aparece a seguinte mensagem:

"Não foi possível editar o objeto inteligente original porque não foi possível iniciar o aplicativo que criou o objeto inteligente."
Alguém sabe como corrigir?

By clicking on the smart object instance is made from illustrator into photoshop, the following message appears:

"It was not possible to edit the smart object original because it has not been possible to start the application that created the smart object."
Does anyone know how to fix?

What have you done for trouble-shooting so far?

Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:

Can you use Layer > Smart Objects > Export Contents to create an ai/pdf file and does that open as expected?
