Lightroom Classic crashes only with external monitor

I use a HP Elitebook G1 laptop with an integrated Intel HD Graphics 515 card and an external Dell U2715H display.

Lightroom keeps crashing all the time, most often as soon as it is launched.

I just discovered that it only crashes when the external monitor is used.

No crash when display is set to internal only.

Dell has not released any new driver since 2016 and all HP drivers are up to date.

What could I do to be able to use my external monitor?
