HOW DO I MERGE OR LINK MY EXTERNAL AUDIO TO MY CLIP?

hi so i recently shot a movie but i want to have the external audio linked to a clip so when i move the clip the external audio that i manually synced up

moves everything moves together verses if i move the clip the audio just stays there

Select both your video and audio tracks, right click then choose 'Link'
