After yet another evening of wasting our time uninstalling and re-installing and still unable to access - both my husband and I are fed up. I regret ever having tried this plan. I have just cancelled my plan and already feeling better. How sad that I wasted 4 days on this situation. Good riddance.

i'm not sure what problem the op was having so i'm not sure what problem you're having, but if you want help with that problem, can you explain what that problem is?
