pdf print in black

my pdf file is in black. but it prints in green color only ?

Hello Pananthu,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to print your PDF file in black, as it's printing only in Green color, Is that correct?

Try printing the PDF using Print in Grayscale (Black and White) in the Print dialog box in Reader/Acrobat. You can also try printing as an Image in Advances Print settings, you can also refer to Print PDF as image | Adobe Acrobat, Reader

Are you using Acrobat or the freeware Adobe Reader to print the PDF? Have you tried printing any other PDF file?

What is the dot version of Acrobat/Reader installed? To identify refer to Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

What is the make and model of the printer installed? Make sure you have the latest printer drivers installed.
