Lightroom various resolution monitor support

I have a high resolution laptop set to 250% magnification (Windows recommended) and two lower resolution, but still high resolution, monitors set to 150% magnification (Windows recommended). The Lightroom frame and images scale properly on the laptop, but when I move the window to the monitors the Frame scaling is wrong (way too big), but the images scale properly. When will Adobe fix this (not a problem with Photoshop)? What is the work around?
