All Legacy Profiles converted to B&W after Upgrade to Lightroom 7.3.1

All of my Legacy Profiles (Color) and any new color checker passport profile are converted to B&W. They even show the name with B&W in the profile. I just created a profile named test 19 and it shows up as test 19 B&W.

Anyone else having this issue? Any ideas why this is happening?

I think you just look in the wrong place. Your custom profiles are converted twice. They will appear as color profiles in the 'Profiles' group, and as B&W profiles in the 'Legacy' group.
