Purchases in Puerto Rico "not permitted for this country"

Hello!

I recently moved to Puerto Rico (part of the U.S) and upon attempt to purchase Illustrator and Photoshop, I am informed that it "is not available in your region/country". Puerto Rico is apart of the United States! I'm very confused, someone please help me to make this purchase?! The only threads I found on this topic were 4+ years old so I appreciate your time in addressing my issue even though there may be existing threads regarding this, it seems to be a reoccurring problem for many adobe users.

This was not helpful, it told me it should be available to me but when I try to purchase it I get a message saying it is not available to me, I am very confused!
