Cannot download and open PDFs

Ciao a tutti, é un po' di tempo che non riesco più a scaricare documenti in Pdf. O meglio, li scarica, ma non si aprono sia che siano allegati di e-mail, sia con whatsapp. Cosa può essere? Grazie

Hi Michelaz,

Sorry for the delay in response.

As you have mentioned above, you are not able to download the PDF or not open an email attachment.

If you are not able to download the file, it is not an application issue.

When you download the file, it saves to the local location on your device.

Then you go to that location on your device and select the PDF to open it.

If it is an email attachment, you get an option of the application to open the file.

Guten Tag

Auch ich kann seit ein paar Tagen mit meinem Windowsphone mit dem Adobe gar keine PDF,s mehr öffnen. Äusserst seltsam. Was ist das?

Danke für eure Unterstuetzung.

Deinstalliert und neuinstalliert habe ich den Adobe bereits. Weiss wie man diese App anwendet. Moechte wissen ob diese App nicht mehr unterstützt wird von Microsoft?

ich habe seid Tagen das gleiche Problem !

ich kann seid Tagen auf meinem Lumia 950 xl ebenfalls keine PDF Dateien mehr öffnen . Weder neue noch ältere abgespeicherte Dateien , die ich vorher problemlos öffnen konnte

Denke, dass wir unser Gerät entsorgen können. Windowsphone ist sozusagen gestorben auf dem Mobilemarkt.

Anscheinend ist das Problem nicht loesebar.

Es kuckt mich an und ich sehe nicht ein, wieso ich ein neues Geraet kaufen muss. Schön nervig.

Das wäre schade , denn ich war sehr froh mit meinem tragbarem Büro , auch das gleich alles auf meinem PC synchronisierte war für mich eine Erleichterung. Einfach nur schade !

Hallo Vera,

die eingehenden E-Mails im PDF-Format, die sich nicht öffnen lassen einfach auf deinem Smartphone speichern und anschliessend mit dem Akrobat Reader öffnen. Umständlich, aber zur Zeit nicht anders möglich.

stessa cosa. Lo so che non è carino da scrivere sul forum adobe, ma io ho risolto cambiando l'app per visualizzare i pdf. Spero di poter tornare a usare reader in seguito.
