Yesterday I bought a new Wacom Mobilstudio Pro tablet, 16" i5 Processor, 256 GB SSD.
I took it out of the box, set it up accordingly and went to install my Photoshop. I installed PS and the Creative Cloud Suite...the program opens fine and runs fine. Until I go to start a new Project I can bring up the blank canvas fine but as soon as I go to draw I get an error message telling me that the Scratch Disks are full. Yet I can download very large PSD's that I work on and the program works fine no error telling me the Disks are full. I can fully work on these PSD's save them etc...but I cannot start new ones?
So I am not sure what is happening...also once I purged out my PS it did allow me to start drawing on blank canvases but with very severe lag. I'm very confused as to what is happening since this tablet is meant to run PS and what not. I spoke with the Wacom support yesterday and she said it sounds like an issue with PS so that is why I'm posting here to possibly get an answer to what is going on.
Thank you so much for your time.
