Processor and graphics card combination for Premiere Pro

Hello, can an Intel Celeron G530 @2.4 GHz and an NVIDIA GeForce 210 run the latest version of Premiere Pro, working with 720 or 1080p? The machine can take 16gb RAM. Upgrading the graphics card is an option, the processor is there to stay. I won't be doing anything hardocre, mainly small 2-5 minute sequences with a Dslr and external audio.Thank you!

I wouldn't want to work on such a system.  It's drastically underpowered.

I'm with Jim on that.

I don't think even Premiere Elements will run well (if at all) on that processor.
