Recent OS X update

I just updated the most recent version of OS X 10.13.4 and now my folders show up with the suffix 1, 2 or 3 and the original folder does not show up at all in LR. All my library contents now show up with a question mark?

I do not have the visible option of choosing the original folder just original folder with 1, 2 or 3.

Those folders shouldn't normally be visible, they belong to the OS local disk snapshots for associated with Time Machine.

Thanks, you are correct but that doesn't help me figure out what is going on. This is what happened after the last system update. Any help out there.
