Print and Save As Actions, doesn't Works

Hello,
i have Adobe Acrobat PRO, and i try to insert a link on two areas of my pdf, one for PRINT the document and one for SAVE it.

When i try to send to other people, this buttons/links doesn't work.

How can i do for make them working on all devices?

You can't. It will probably only work in Adobe applications, on non-mobile

devices.

So all computers that don't have Acrobat will not seen this active areas?

They don't need Acrobat. It should also work with the free Adobe Reader.

And how can i correctly set it?

I already follow too many tutorials, but when i send the PDF to others, the don't see the links...

Perhaps they are viewing it in a web browser or email app, instead of saving the file and opening in Reader.
