cant open lightroom develop

bought a subscription after the free trial but now cant license the sottware, reinstalled the app twice and tried to licence the software but keeps telling me to buy now. can anyone advise me how to get this working? its lightroon classic

on the develop page, "develop module is disabled", signed out and signed back in to try and lisecne the software but on the creative cloud keeps showing buy now and trail expired. deleted the app and reinstalled and keeps coming up with this. purchased 2 days ago too

You have logged in with the wrong user ID (you need to use the one you used when you purchased Lightroom).
