Actually I think it with 7.3. Before that update I would use Auto settings at import feature so it was applied to every image individually. This is Adobe's built in settings, not mine. All Basic settings are effected expect for Clarity and Dehaze.

I have my own develop default settings that auto import. Image of the process I use is attached. Untitled-1.jpeg

My default settings include Clairty which is not included in the Auto settings, Profile, Sharpening/Noise adjustments based on ISO and lens corrections. If I activate Auto from the first post my default settings don't auto apply. If I deactivate the Auto settings then my defaults apply. This never use to happen with 7.2. Both the Auto settings and my Defaults applied at import.

What I like/liked about this setup is Adobe's auto analyzes every image independently at import and with my default settings I had an import to export workflow if I needed it. Not sure what they changed.

Well I guess no one answers in these forums. This is definitely an 7.3 issue. I reverted back to 7.2 and it works perfectly. I know Adobe had it's hands full with the 7.3 presets but this seems to be separate issue.

I just finished with with Adobe support and I talked to the supervisor who assured me Adobe is aware of this specific issue. We will see.
