Hat alles nichts gebracht, Neuinstallation, usw. Windows update rückgängig habe ich nicht versucht und will ich nicht.

Thanks Axel Matt, I was aware that you do not work for Adobe.
Yesterday I followed your advice and contacted the chat support and had a nice supporter where the problem has long looked in addition to adobe screencast. But he too could not solve the problem.
Finally, the supporter told me that it is normal for me to log in to use my subscription. I do not understand anything anymore, I have a year subscription CC with all the apps.
So I hope to continue to help, I can not work without internet connection at the moment.
