I am unable to get my .pdf documents "bookmarked" for a civil filing in an appellate court. Anybody know how to fix this? My bookmark icons do not work, it seems.

What exactly do you try? What exactly do you mean by "my bookmark icons do not work"? They work for me so we need to find what is different.
