TOC Not appearing when publishing

I've published my first robohelp project and I wish I could say I was successful! Unfortunately the topics listed in the TOC are not appearing when I view my default file. I have opened up an historic robohelp project to try and compare the different options (through process of elimination) without success.
I'm really miffed as to why it's not working.
Can anyone help please?

As you posted this in the WebHelp forum category, we might conclude this is WebHelp. But just to be certain, is it?

If it's a CHM, are you viewing it from a network location? If so, that's why. Click here to see more.
