Windows 7, Adobe Acrobat Standard v. 11.0.11

The only items under the Fill & Sign sidebar is 'Work with Certificates'

Verified language is set to 'English'

Sorry for the delayed response.

One of the major reasons for you not getting any of the other fill and sign options, could be that the file is already digitally signed or encrypted.

Could you please check and confirm if you are still missing the options when you open other pdf files, which are not signed or encrpyted?
