Good Morning,
A couple of days ago, I was saving information from a webpage as a PDF from within Chrome (64-bit, Version 65.0.3325.162; Windows 7 Pro SP1, also 64-bit) where my destination was Adobe PDF. This has been my standard way of "printing information to pdf" for as long as I can remember. Although the page itself was going to print to multiple pages, the only information I required could fit on one page with some adjustment to either scale or margin. Rather than reducing the scale, I adjusted the margins within the Print dialog to be smaller so that it would all fit on the one page.
This morning, I again went to save information from a webpage as a PDF. When the page was displayed after being generated/printed, I noticed that the content was flush left as if no margin had been set at all. I figured I had forgotten to return the Margins setting to Default, but when I looked at the setting, it was, indeed, set to Default.
In an attempt to remedy this, I have tried numerous things - including:
Note that if I change my destination to be Save as PDF instead, the margins are as they should be.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a fix? Is this a known issue?
I am truly at a loss.
TIA for any suggestions.
Nancy

Hello Nancy,
Sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused. As per the description above, the Chrome Extension Margins are not resetting to default when you choose Adobe PDF, Is that correct?
Please check for any pending updates of Acrobat installed from help>check for updates, reboot the machine after installing any updates and see if this brings any difference.
Note: If you install Acrobat Reader DC and then install Acrobat DC Classic or Acrobat XI, the Adobe Acrobat Chrome Extension doesn’t work properly.
Have you tried it in the incognito mode? If not, please try one. What happens when you print the web-page using a real printer? Does it work as expected?
I have also shared some more steps via private message, please check your email inbox.
Let us know how it goes and share your findings.
Regards,
Anand Sri.
