Premiere shuts down with errors again

I copied time remapping effect with key frames from one clip to another. An additional key frame (in red circle) has appeared. I selected it and hit delete... and saw this message:

Try copying and pasting only the keyframes.

Time remapping key frames I can not copy paste. After I clicked paste nothing happened.
