Tablet pen and photoshop problem

To anyone who may know the answer.

I had recently bought ZX503P laptop for school and downloaded photoshop, however, I've noticed the problem when using it with my bamboo Wacom tablet. When zoomed in, it moves the entire canvas instead of drawing normally. I have asked my lecturers and tried to download links that said to solve the problem, but up to this point, none of them worked. Does anybody else have any other ideas?

This was among the few things I have tried. I tried downloading the first one and then update my laptop followed by restart, it still did not work. I even tried downloading the others, assuming I downloaded the wrong one. It was still the same result.

Thank you Ged Traynor. Apparently all the links you've sent me didn't work out, and I am not sure which option, but my laptop finally needed an update. And it finally worked after the update.
