Hello,

I'm using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.  How can I find the character count of my document?  If I export the PDF into a Word document, would the character count be accurate in the Word document?  Thank you.

There's no characters or words count in Acrobat. It's possible to do it with a script, but as mentioned, you might want to do it in Word, for consistency with others.

Exporting to Word is the usual way. Character and word counts are not standardised and vary significantly between apps, but it should be accurate enough for most purposes.
