run on paragraphs

i need to add the main entry text before sub entry like below how to do this

para style name : inx1, inx2, inx3

eg

mainentry 

sub entry 10, 11

       sub sub entry of, 15,11

expected output

mainentry

mainentry sub entry 10, 11

mainentry   sub entry 10, 11   sub sub entry of, 15,11
