Cannot Drag from Source Monitor to Sequence (v12.1.0)

Working on a 2017 iMac, Premiere Pro version 12.1.0 (Build 186)

As you'll see in this screencast, dragging from the source monitor to the sequence fails.  Using Insert (,) works fine.

Not a bug just an user error:

Use the Selection Tool not the Hand tool.

Thanks Ann,

I'll try that.  I'm pretty sure I was using the Selection Tool (I never use the hand tool) but maybe I hit an errant H and changed the tool selection.  Thanks for the heads up, though!

Ann is correct. You can clearly see the Hand Tool is active in the screen capture
