my tts voice isn't working my document it isn't reading but when i switch apps it reads (like word)

but my tts engine for windows works in word but not in adobe reader

actually the main reason it wasn't reading was the problem with my language pack i solved this my self i reinstalled the language pack so it's all good now!

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, I can understand that the Read out loud is not working in Adobe Reader, Is that correct?

Please check for any pending updates of Adobe Reader from help>check for updates, reboot the machine after installing any updates and see if this brings any difference.

Try repairing the Adobe Reader once from help>repair Adobe Reader and reboot the machine.

Navigate to Adobe Reader's preferences Edit>Preferences > Reading and check the volume and pitch attributes.

Also, try changing the Default Voice in Adobe Reader's preferences Edit>Preferences > Reading under Read out Loud options.

Is it specific to one PDF file or with all the PDF file? Try with any other PDF file and see if the issue is reproducible?

i have tried to check for updates but there isn't any updates and i also tried many times to change the voice but still isn't working

Sorry for the trouble, please use Acrobat cleaner tool to remove Adobe Reader Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

Reboot the machine and install Adobe Reader back from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

If the issue of Read Out Loud is specific to one PDF file, Is it possible to share the PDF file with us so that we can test it at our end? To share the file, please use Adobe Send feature, upload the file, share the link to files via private message only,
