I just purchased Creative Cloud Photography plan and installed it.
but I am unable to activate it.
When I launch Creative Cloud it says I have to sign-in, but then it gets stuck forever,
and does not show the sign-in form to fill in the Id and Password.
To fix the problem I tried the following:
- I uninstalled and re-installed Creative Cloud
- I deleted the contents of: "C:\Users\Lizzy\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE"
- I restated my computer
but nothing helps.
How can I fix this problem and start working with LightRoom regularly?
Thanks, Lizzy

Thanks for your response.
I looked at this link, and it seems it worked for some people.
However, I am working with Windows.
Is there such a solution for Windows?

As I wrote in the first message:

Oh, now I see what you meant.
Well, I've already checked LAN settings as one of my first attempts to fix the problem,
before I opened this post.
And my LAN settings are exactly the same as they should be, without having to do anything:
Trying to go back to the 1st link you sent to me:Re: Creative cloud: You've been signed out - impossible to log in
How can I do a similar procedure on Windows?
