PP CC microphone for voice overs disappeared how do i get it back?

I am trying to do voice overs on PP CC. At first the microphone was grayed out. Now it's gone completely, and I don't know how to get it back and make it active. Can someone help? Please?

Hi ymjauthor,

Right-click on the track and select Customize to open the Button Editor.
