the icon of panel is not represented

Why is not an icon represented for my new panel ? By default there was a red group, substituted this file by the icon (that is normally represented in other panel), edited the file name in manifesr.xml, restarted Photoshop. An icon is not represented !

Hard to say right away. Did you check, icone file validity itself (format, color mode, size…) ?

Did you check urls ?
