Font Color in LR GUI

I find it very difficult to work in Lightroom because the develop menu has a black font on a dark gray background - it is almost impossible to work on Dell XPS15 laptop (4K display 3840x2160 at 250%) because of these colors.  The other GUI menus have a white font on the gray background - very acceptable.  My questions are:

1. Is there a way to change the font color on the "develop" GUI menu?

2. Is there another laptop setting that I need to change to make it more readable?

Any help provided would be really appreciated as I have a number of photos from two big trips that I want to work on and the menu font color is simply holding me up.

All of the menus (File, Edit, Library, Develop, etc.) should have the same color. Please post a screenshot of the "develop menu" you mention with the issue.
