Anyway to transfer the tags, comments from windows 10 to Premiere Project?

In windows 10 explorer I can assign Tags, Comments and Ratings to specific .mp4 files and images. Is there anyway to transfer these to my Premiere Pro Project so that when I import the images and video files the tags from Windows explorer will show up in the metadata in Premiere Pro?
