I have a MacBook Pro OS 10.13.4 and am using Safari 11.1

When I download the Adobe page for installing Adobe Reader, the yellow button "Install Now" appear for a second and disappear immediately after...

Thank you

Hi Brunoa,

Try clearing the cache and cookies of the browser.

Then try to download the installer file of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC from here Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

You may also try installing it from an alternate browser on your Mac.

Let us know if you still experience an issue with the installation.

Regards,

Meenakshi
