Removing extra row space created when exporting

HELP!

My table in InDesign is aligned to where there is no gap in between table rows, but after exporting to HTML there is some white space being added to bottom of table rows.

I have set the cell insets to 0, changed the Stroke and Fills to none, and set the row height to at least.
