Crash on Export from PP and Media Encoder after updates to 12.1.1 Build 10

I am exporting a project after updating earlier this week and it continues to crash/(freeze-unresponding) on export. When exporting from Encoder I get "your system has run out of application memory". I exported the same sequence a week ago in the previous version with no problems. I tried installing the previous version of PP and it still crashes. This is an urgent issue I need to get this delivered to client.

Thanks!
