InDesign: Convert multiple indd. from old to new layout

Hi,

I have a lot of old InDesign files that need to have a new layout.

The files including pictures and text boxes.

I wonder what is the best way handle this conversion into this new layout.

Like to get in a way like the original file with links and layers for later editing.
