Basically Creative Cloud is saying that my version of LR is up to date but it's only version 7.0.1 ( Macbook Pro OSX 10.12.6 )

I've done everything from the support page and still no joy. The only thing I haven't done is a complete uninstall/re-install of LR, but surely if I do this I'm going to lose my entire LR library which is a complete no go for me.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

If you uninstall/reinstall it will only impact the program files. It will have no effect on your catalog and other such files because they are user files and will remain. You can do the uninstall/reinstall with complete confidence. After you complete the process you will be able to open the catalog you have been using and pick up right where you left off.

If you do decide to do this, you might consider running the CCcleaner tool as well. Read this to get more information:
