Problems with video quality. The video has artifacts.

My videos have artifacts while working process and after they rendered.-

I After Effects everything goes fine, but in Premiere I have a lot of problems.

I wouldn't say my pc is too bad for premiere:

i5 7500

Nvidia 1050

16gb ram

The most interesting thing is when I work in half quality preview, everything loogs great, but when I switch to full quality, it looks awful. After rendering it also looks awful.

Here you can see the some difference with AE and Premiere videos. (the last video with the Red Giant video ransition)

Hey there,

Double check something for me...go to you Sequence Settings, and make sure you're using Quicktime ProRes 422 HQ as your Preview File Format. Then check: Maximum Bit Depth and Maximum Render Quality. Also while we're at it, make sure your Video "Fields" is set to "No Fields (Progressive Scan)".

Then in your Program window click the wrench button and make sure "High Quality Playback" is checked.
