Exporting issue

I have been working on a video for a few hours between photoshop and premiere and I'm just about done.

When I exported the video to send to one of my friends so he could give me his input, the video was less than a second long. I look back at my editing screen and the In/Out duration says that my minute thirty long video is actually 1 millisecond.

Any tips? I really don't have the time to start over.

Check the source range in the export settings (left tab at the bottom)

Might want to set it to Entire sequence.
