Salve , ho scaricato la versione di lightroom ma non legge i file RAW, compaiono solo i nomi dei file e dei quadrati grigi.Come posso risolvere, grazie.

Sorry that Lightroom is not recognizing the raw files and showing you gray thumbnails of images. Could you please take a look at this article Lightroom error on preview cache or displays gray thumbnails and let us know if that helps?
