Is There An Way to Embed a Graphic with a Clickable Link in Premiere Pro?

I'm editing several videos that will be uploaded to various websites (VIMEO, Facebook, YouTube, etc.). Is there any way to embed a graphic with a link in Premiere Pro? I'm running Sierra on a late 2015 27" iMac with 24GBs of RAM (I'm sure none of that matters).

These links are added at the hosting site, not in Premiere.

If you Google search "How to embed a clickable link in a video" you should get tutorials for doing so.

Thanks, Meg. I was thinking that if you could map a hot spot when creating a website, you might be able to do it with a video. Oh, well.
