In Adobe Lightroom cc classic, (con sistema operativo Windows 10 64 bit) i file video importati da una macchina fotografica Nikon in formato mov vengono riprodotti a scatti. Il supporto Adobe suggerisce di aggiornare il  driver del monitor cosa che ho fatto senza ottenere risultati. Faccio anche presente che gli stessi file riprodotti con VLC media player o con il player di Windows funzionano correttamente.

As far as I see the Intel HD Graphics Card is a CPU internal card. And this card isn't very powerful.

Check you PC/notebook if there is another external graphic card (ex. NVidia GTxxx) inside. If yes then deactivate the CPU graphic card in the BIOS settings.
