The installation failed to complete, when I click the error summary file nothing happens so I don't know what went wrong.   So I tried to uninstall it in order to try again.  That also failed to complete. Any advice please?

Do you have enough free hard drive space?

Does the computer meet the minimum requirements?

There is plenty of free space on the hard drive and as far as I can make out the computer meets the minimum requirements.

I am on windows 10 home version.   I have used the log collector tool and got the log files but cannot open them because everything is a GZ file which I dont know how to open at the moment.  Can you recommend which of the many apps available would be best to

try?

Please excuse if I dont reply straight away - i really need to try and get some work done in between trying to solve computer problems!
