Just a long shot - have you enabled "CC 3D Animations (Preview)" in Preferences>Technology Previews?

Hi. I get the same message. There is no CC 3D Animations (Preview)" in the Preferences tab whatsoever anywhere and I have no idea what a key palette > V means. Can someone please help. This is very infuriating.

It's no longer a preview option in the newer versions of Photoshop  , so no need to check anything.

How did you import?

The steps I use are :

1. In Fuse - Save to CC libraries

2. In Photoshop drag from library to your open document

3. Click on the model in the 3D panel. Go to properties and select the animation. If you are not seeing them, are you still signed in to the CC library?

4. That will open a video timeline that you can clip, adjust, render etc

I did everything you said. When I get to step 3 in your directions, it just says "authenticating." I'm pretty good (for the most part) on the computer, and this has me stumped. I have uninstalled and re-installed photoshop. I'm not sure what else to do. I've tried to contact Adobe, but it seems all the support I get is these forums. ANy other suggestions?
