Presets Not showing up

I need some help with Lightroom, I have downloaded and installed some presets into the Develop Presets folder. After restarting Lightroom my presets aren't showing up. Does anyone know who to fix this problem?

Same problem.  Using 7.3.1.   I've added new presets and remove some old ones --- but neither changes shows up when I launch lightroom.
