On my premier mov files look like audio files. what can should do?

What is the source (camera) of the mov files?  What version of Premiere Elements do you have?  What computer system are you using?  Can you post a screen shot of your Premiere Elements time line with the mov file on it?

How can i solve which you see on last pics problem? all files must be movie (.mov)
