Question...Not enough RAM

After using Photoshop versions and now CC for years I have a sudden problem. It was OK yesterday and processed 150 RAW NEF files with no problem.

When I opened a jpeg and worked on it I could not save it or do anything. Checking Prteferences only came up with a box saying Insert Intager between 96 and 8, but then would not let me do anything!

I tried a PC System Restore

Repair

Uninstall and Reinstall twice

But its still the same.
I am unable to work!

And despite paying for my Photoshops I cannot talk to any Abobe help people!!

GRRRR!!

Please what can I do?
