So I just opened my premiere pro cc 2018 a while ago and suddenly there is no audio and the playback will repeat on the same frame within 1 second.
I tried reinstalling it but still I will get the same problem.
Please help, Thank you.

Cleaning the media cache didn't help. I will send a video regarding this
matter.

Even on the startup the sample video is lagging.
