zoom function only showing in Navigator section

I must have hit a button to change a setting but now when I go to zoom in my image its only showing it zooming on the small image in the navigator section.  Anyone know how to undo this?

Try to reset the Lightroom preferences.

Will this change any other settings I may have set up? I don't want to lose anything

This will reset all settings you have made in the Lightroom settings. You don't loose any development settings you've made on pictures or templates, presets and so on.
